The installation period for a mining machine is flexible depending on the supply situation. Your machine will be installed immediately but can take 10-40 business days. After installation, mining will be saved in the unit.

The mining machine is installed and operated in IDC (Internet Data Center), which will be insured for fire/theft.

If you do not know the password, press the ‘Find PW’ button and enter your registered ID, e-mail and cell phone number when registering. The cancellation of the purchase is possible only within 72 hours (3 days) of the purchase of the order, and you can use a “1:1 Bulletin Board” or send an email to our customer support.
Is it possible to extend the contract after the two-year contract expires?
